LEAVE FOR TEAMS · FOR CLUBS AND COLLEGE PROGRAMS · PRIVATE

Fit, explained. The athlete decides.

Bring your own records and statistics. Leave shows which athletes fit your roster and your culture, with every factor and an honest range. Athletes who are open to teams can hear from you directly.

What it is. Leave for Teams is a private app for a club's front office or a college program's staff. It is by invitation, it has no public listing, and it is not open yet. There is no date. Your organization brings its own statistics feed, roster and staff ratings; Leave organizes them into your Web and carries a direct line to athletes on Leave who chose to hear from teams.

Your records.
One explained score.

Fit is a weighted sum your staff can read, not a black box. Each factor shows its share, its source and a range. Where your records are thin, the score says so.

  1. 01 · YOUR RECORDS

    Bring what you have

Your licensed statistics feed, your roster, your school's portal record, your staff's ratings and what the roster needs. It stays inside your organization.

  2. 02 · FIT, EXPLAINED

    Every factor shown

Roster fit and culture fit in one score, with each factor's share, a range and how much of the picture Leave had. It does not predict performance.

  3. 03 · THE DIRECT LINE

    Your words, their answer

An athlete on Leave who turned on "Open to teams" hears from you in your own words, inside the league calendar. The answer is theirs.

  • BY INVITATION
  • NO PUBLIC LISTING
  • YOUR DATA UNDER YOUR OWN KEY
  • NO SHARED LEARNING ACROSS ORGANIZATIONS
  • NOTHING CHARGED ON A SIGNING
  • DIRECT

Many owners and athletic directors want to deal with the athlete directly. Leave carries your note or your offer and the athlete's own answer. Nobody in between.

  • HONEST

Every score carries its range and its coverage. A thin record reads as an early read, not as a verdict.

  • YOURS

Your ratings, needs, weights and decisions never leave your organization, never train a shared model, and are deleted with your key when you leave.

  • ON THE RECORD

Every score shown is kept with the version of the method that produced it, for four years, with the written disclosure your organization holds before the first thread is read.

Your records and what athletes chose to share. Nothing else.

Leave holds no record of its own about anyone who is not on Leave. What you see about them came from your own feed and your own records, and you can remove it from your Web at any time.

WHAT A TEAM CAN AND CAN'T SEE

  • Can see: Athletes 18 or older on Leave who turned on "Open to teams": their public record, plus what they chose to share with teams. Each shared item has its own switch.
  • Can see: Your own roster and the athletes in your own statistics feed and records, marked as your records.
  • Can see: Your staff's ratings, your needs, your weights and your fit scores, inside your organization only.
  • Cannot see: An athlete's private strands, contracts, other teams' threads, or contact details.
  • Cannot see: Anything Leave gathered about people who never signed up. There is nothing; Leave adds nothing.
  • Cannot see: Character from news, social media or court records. Wearable or sensor data, medical records, psychological test results and background checks are never accepted.
  • Cannot see: Anyone under 18, ever.

THE LINE · LEAVE IS NOT AN AGENT

  1. 01Fit is information for your staff's decision. It does not predict performance.
  2. 02Leave never negotiates, represents or arranges. A note or an offer is your own words; the answer is the athlete's.
  3. 03Playing-contract talks go through the agent of record. Leave carries no playing-contract message to a represented player, and no contract terms or money to an active pro player.
  4. 04Culture is what you need and what your staff observed. Leave adds nothing about anyone's character from outside sources.
  5. 05Information, organized. The athlete decides.

A club's front office.
A college program's staff.

Both launch together. The rules differ, and the app follows the league or the school, never the other way around.

PRO CLUB

  • A note of interest, in your own words, to a free agent or draft-eligible athlete on Leave who represents themselves, once your league's window is open.
  • Payments to retired players and for marketing and community work, with the approval, the proof and the ledger line kept in one place.
  • Player compensation stays under the league agreement and your payroll. Leave keeps the record and moves no money for it.
  • No path from a club to a sponsor or brand deal for a player. Endorsements live between the athlete and the brand.

COLLEGE PROGRAM

  • Portal athletes from your school's own portal record, and your own roster. Nobody else is listed.
  • An offer, revenue share or name-image-likeness, only to an athlete on Leave who is in the portal, with any named agent copied. The athlete can decline or counter.
  • No fee on a payment or offer to a student athlete; the yearly plan covers it. The school files its own disclosures; Leave prepares the export.
  • No pay tied to how an athlete plays, and no payment to a portal athlete before they join your roster.

Leave is software. It is not an athlete agent and does not negotiate, represent or arrange deals. League and school rules apply to every note, offer and payment. Information, organized. The athlete decides.

What the athlete sees.

The same Leave app the athlete already uses. Teams appear only when the athlete turns them on, and each shared item has its own switch.

  • OPEN TO TEAMS

Off by default. The athlete turns it on, sets whether they represent themselves or have an agent, and chooses which items to share: a note in their words, a range. Turn it off and they leave every team's Web at once.

  • WHAT A TEAM ADDS

A team adds its own private ratings and a fit score against its needs. The athlete does not see those; they can ask a team what it used about them and for a person there to review it.

  • A NOTE OR AN OFFER

Arrives as the team's own words, with the terms in plain language. The athlete decides. Leave is not their agent and does not negotiate, represent or arrange anything.

  • NEVER

No team sees an athlete's private strands, contracts, contact details or other teams' threads. No athlete under 18 is ever shown to a team.

Questions clubs and programs ask

What is Leave for Teams?

A private app for a club's front office or a college program's staff. Your organization brings its own records and statistics feed; Leave shows which athletes fit your roster and your culture, with every factor's share, a range and how much of the picture it had. Athletes on Leave who turned on "Open to teams" can hear from you directly, in your own words, and decide.

Is it open? Can we download it?

No. Leave for Teams is private and by invitation. There is no public listing and no date for opening it. Invited organizations see it through TestFlight on fictional data. You can ask for an invitation at the bottom of this page.

Does Leave find or recruit athletes for us, or negotiate?

No. Leave is software. It organizes your information and never negotiates, represents, arranges or recruits. A note or an offer is your organization's own words; any answer is the athlete's. Playing-contract talks go through the agent of record, and Leave carries no playing-contract message to a represented player and no contract terms or money to an active pro player.

Where do the statistics and the athletes come from?

From you. Your licensed statistics feed, your roster, your school's portal record and your staff's ratings. Leave holds no record of its own about anyone who is not on Leave and adds nothing about them. Athletes on Leave appear only if they are 18 or older and turned on "Open to teams", and each item they share has its own switch.

Where does culture fit come from?

Only from what your organization gives Leave: what you need and what your staff observed. Leave adds nothing about anyone's character from news, social media or court records, and never accepts wearable or sensor data, medical records, psychological test results or background checks. Ratings never leave your organization.

What does it cost?

A yearly plan per organization, set out in a signed order form and quoted on request. Nothing is ever charged on a signing, an accepted offer or any roster outcome, and no fee is charged on a payment or offer to a student athlete.

What can an athlete see or ask?

An athlete sees what they chose to share and any note or offer you sent. They do not see your ratings or your fit scores. They can ask what was used about them and for a person at your organization to review it, and Leave gives you the notice to send.

Information, organized. The athlete decides.
