HOW IT COUNTS
Days are calendar days, starting the day after signing. Business days are Monday to Friday; holidays are not taken out, because most of these rules don't say which ones count, so a window that crosses a holiday may end later than shown. Hours run from the time entered. School-day windows and windows that start at enrollment are not here: they depend on a school calendar or an enrollment date.
