The 2023-24 Student-Athlete Handbook says disclosure is "within 72 hours" through INFLCR. Gonzaga's 2024 Zags NIL Exchange (Teamworks Influencer) handles "information, education, opportunities and reporting". What is specific to Gonzaga

Gonzaga is a private Catholic and Jesuit university. The Pac-12 announced it on 2024-10-01 as its eighth university, added as the conference "strategically builds a formidable basketball powerhouse", and it joined on 2026-07-01. Its NIL rules reflect that identity: the policy grounds NIL in cura personalis and adds a banned category no state law has, deals that conflict with the university's "Catholic, Jesuit, and humanistic heritage and identity". Because Gonzaga is private, Washington's 2024 NIL ethics carve-out for state university staff does not reach it, so its own policy is the main source for what staff may do: employees "may assist student-athletes in identifying potential NIL opportunities but may not be involved in the negotiation of the terms of NIL agreements", except on the use of Gonzaga's own marks. Basketball was in the plan from the start: its Next Level program (2021-06-22) said individualized education in brand management, financial literacy, business, social media and NIL legislation "will be provided to student-athletes in Gonzaga's basketball programs".

How Leave fits

In Leave, every deal thread carries a rules summary for the athlete's state and level, and keeps the contract, its dates and the disclosure deadline that applies. It is a summary, not a ruling; the school and the law decide. Leave is software, not an agent, and takes 0% of any deal. You decide, you send.
