Kennesaw State NIL rules.

Kennesaw State funds revenue sharing through its Owl Enhancement Fund, fed partly by a fee on home tickets. Its 2021 policy asks for NIL disclosure before signing.

The short answer. Kennesaw State's Owl Enhancement Fund page (posted 2025-06-09) says Director of Athletics Milton Overton "committed to $1 million of revenue share to student-athletes for the 2025-26 academic year", "in alignment with the full members of Conference USA", and that an "Owl Enhancement Fee" in home ticket prices goes directly to the fund. The College Sports Commission lists Kennesaw State for 2026-27, with a cap of approximately $21.58 million per school. KSU's NIL policy, dated 2021-07-26, asks athletes to submit a disclosure form "at least five (5) business days prior to signing or verbally agreeing" to an NIL deal. Georgia has no college NIL statute now (/nil/college/georgia).

What is specific to Kennesaw State

Kennesaw State moved to Conference USA and the Football Bowl Subdivision on 2024-07-01, and its revenue-sharing page names where the money comes from. The Owl Enhancement Fund, created for the House settlement era, takes donations for specific programs (not specific athletes) and an "Owl Enhancement Fee" built into the price of home tickets, so "each time a ticket is purchased by one of our fans, it includes a direct benefit to our student-athletes". KSU's athletics site still links the NIL policy it wrote in 2021, when it played in the ASUN and Big South, with a five-business-day advance disclosure rule and an NIL Evaluation Committee, alongside newer pieces: the KSU Owls Exchange, an NIL shop and the Champions Fund. In September 2026 KSU Athletics and Phobio launched Hoot It Forward, which turns donated used phones, tablets and laptops into funding for KSU Athletics, with a $1 million fundraising goal.

How Leave fits

In Leave, every deal thread carries a rules summary for the athlete's state and level, and keeps the contract, its dates and the disclosure deadline that applies. It is a summary, not a ruling; the school and the law decide. Leave is software, not an agent, and takes 0% of any deal. You decide, you send.
