What is specific to Texas A&M

Texas A&M's athletics director put the school's revenue-sharing decision in writing on the athletics site: Trev Alberts's Aggie NIL letter, which refers to the 2025-26 year, says the school funds the full House settlement amount, including 154 new full scholarships, and calls third-party NIL the area where the 12th Man can help. Aggie NIL groups four parts under one structure: Playfly Max (sponsorship deals with businesses, using vendors such as Student-Athlete Score), Texas Aggies United (the existing collective, refocused on business-to-business deals), TexAgs (NIL interview series for Texas Aggies United members) and A&Mplify (an internal unit for NIL education, mentorship, financial literacy and brand building, including a partnership with the Mays Business School). As at Texas, contract terms the school holds are confidential under state law, so the letter is the main public statement of how Texas A&M pays athletes.

How Leave fits

In Leave, every deal thread carries a rules summary for the athlete's state and level, and keeps the contract, its dates and the disclosure deadline that applies. It is a summary, not a ruling; the school and the law decide. Leave is software, not an agent, and takes 0% of any deal. You decide, you send.
