What is specific to IU Indy
IU Indianapolis is Indiana University's Indianapolis campus, whose teams competed as IUPUI in the school's 2021 and 2022 NIL releases, with its own athletics department in the Horizon League; it is not Indiana University Bloomington (Big Ten), Indiana State or the University of Indianapolis. Its NIL policy was drafted by a 13-member campus committee chaired by the Faculty Athletics Representative, and it sets disclosure after the fact: within ten days following the activity, through JumpForward. The policy also expects agents to register with IU Indy's compliance office in addition to being registered to do business in Indiana, and it sends questions about marks to Indiana University's central business partnership and licensing offices rather than to athletics.
How Leave fits
In Leave, every deal thread carries a rules summary for the athlete's state and level, and keeps the contract, its dates and the disclosure deadline that applies. It is a summary, not a ruling; the school and the law decide. Leave is software, not an agent, and takes 0% of any deal. You decide, you send.
